Eight Longhorns received All-Big 12 honors this year, including the Big 12 Freshman of the Year
Freshman of the Year: Parker French (starting pitcher)
All-Big 12 First Team: Corey Knebel (relief pitcher), Erich Weiss (infielder)
All-Big 12 Second Team: Jacob Felts (catcher), Hoby Milner (relief pitcher), Mark Payton (outfielder)
All-Big 12 Honorable Mention: Jordan Etier (infielder), French, Jonathan Walsh (outfielder)
It's not really a surprise, what with the season the Longhorns had. It's also the second year in a row that a Longhorn has won Freshman of the Year (Weiss won it last year).
