Texas Longhorns baseball team signs promising High School student

A very promising high school player looks to be joining the Texas Longhorns baseball team for the upcoming season!

Infielder C.J. Hinojosa, from Klein Collins High School, is currently ranked as the number 2 prospect for the state of Texas, and Klein Collins  High School has completed a necessary aid agreement with Longhorns baseball.

As long as Hinojosa finishes his work to graduate in December from Klein Collins High, Hinojosa will enroll at Texas for the January 2012 semester.

Hinojosa went 3-for-8 with a double in three games played at the U.S. National 18U Team tryouts he was invited to play in. C.J. Hinojosa was named Baseball America High School All-America Third Team for his 2011 season.
