Defensive End Daeshon Hall Commits to Texas

Daeshon Hall, in less than 48 hours pulled a 180 and ended up giving a verbal to the Longhorns. In committing to Texas, Hall turned down offers from Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Baylor and Missouri.

Hall's breakout junior season at Lancaster led to football offers from all over the state. He recorded 60 tackles and 11 sacks and earned Texas defensive ends coach Oscar Giles' attention.

Giles' advice? "Come to Texas, put on some weight and you'll shine."
