Freshman Have Huge Impact on Texas Longhorn Offense
Texas Longhorn head coach Mack Brown sure wasn't kidding when he said he was going to be using mostly freshman this season. Jaxon Shipley became the first true freshman to score a touchdown as a Texas Longhorn. That is seriously a ridiculous mile stone considering the fact that Texas has such a big history of great players. My favorite part of his touchdown is who threw it to him: freshman wide out John Harris. Not to mention freshman running back Malcolm Brown led the team in rushing with 86 yards. It looks like this offense is going to be very dependent on freshman this season.
